Dr Raisa Monteiro
Chief Operating Officer
Raisa has led product development in a variety of technology companies ranging from small start ups to major multinational players in US and Australia. She has a strong focus on building outcome and quality driven team culture in a variety of innovation and process-oriented settings. At PrimEd, Raisa oversees all operational areas encompassing business services, information technology, education development and delivery.
Tam Hennessy
Associate Director Business Development
Tam is an experienced project and operations manager, having worked in the healthcare sector in Australia and UK. Most recently she has been focusing on developing relationships with and delivering clinical education solutions to a variety of clients and stakeholders across healthcare agencies, colleges and government departments in Australia. In her current role at PrimEd, Tam is responsible for strategic business development and marketing programs.
Lisa McArthur Daly
Associate Director Business Development
Lisa has worked internationally as a public health professional for the last twelve years, leading client engagements focused on program design, professional development, evaluation and organisational governance. In her role at PrimEd, Lisa combines a passion for optimal health and education interventions with client goals, in order to positively impact the health sector. She is responsible for strategic business development and relationships with state health systems, professional associations, and academic institutions.
Anne Pike
Associate Director Systems Integration
Anne has held a variety of positions with PrimEd since joining the company in 1995. Anne's background and area of interest is in establishment of contemporary learning and learner support systems. Her primary role as Associate Director Systems Integration is to support large organisational clients in establishing corporate education portals and systems that integrate PrimEd learner information with their own management systems.
Alain de Masson
IT Director
Alain has 16 years of experience in the field of I.T. with the last 12 in senior management and consulting with businesses as diverse as BORAL, NEC and most recently the University of Queensland. He has broad experience in developing enterprise system architecture and managing project teams of all sizes and describes himself as "Driven by Technology". At PrimEd, Alain leads the team responsible for the development and management of application infrastructure to support online education.
Brad McGregor
Associate Director Education Development
Brad has over 10 years of experience as a physiologist, university lecturer and clinical educator across a number of areas including quality improvement methods, business principles, entrepreneurship and exercise medicine. Using his experience as a successful small business owner Brad provided advice on innovation, change management and small business management to sport and health organisations. In his current role at PrimEd, Brad leads the Education Development team.
Simi Kochiparambath
Education Services Manager
Simi is an experienced teacher and year coordinator and has been responsible for delivery of online education for a variety of Australian health organisations since 2007. In her current role, Simi leads the team responsible for delivering education courses to PrimEd students. She devotes her time to providing quality service in student and academic administration.
Jodie McNab
Financial Controller
Jodie is a certified practicing accountant with over 15 years experience in a variety of industries including the food service industry, Biotech and more recently commercial real estate. Jodie is responsible for overseeing PrimEd’s financial reporting needs to both internal and external users and part of the team driven to find cost appropriate solutions in a dynamic commercial environment.
Lynn Koo
Senior Project Manager
Lynn has over 10 years of project management experience in Singapore and Australia, managing projects for companies such as General Motors, HP, Dell and Nokia. Lynn brings with her a wealth of experience in project management and business process improvement best practices. She is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and currently leads the Project Management team in PrimEd.
